Abstract:
For an arbitrary static spherically symmetric non-Abelian field configuration
(Wu–Yang parametrization for the vector potential) the problem of the motion
of a test color particle is reduced to the problem of the motion of an
electrically charged particle in an effective electromagnetic field with an
additional interaction of a definite form. The following types of motion are
investigated: in a purely monopole chromomagnetic field for arbitrary chromoelectric
field; for zero total angular momentum; in dyonic pointlike configurations;
in a chromoelectric field; with constant color vector.
