Abstract:
Non-Markov effects in the nonlinear interaction of light with a rapidly relaxing medium are studied in the framework of a microscopic model. The approach is based on systematic use of the superoperator calculus and of the method of time-ordered and antitime-ordered products in the disentangling of evolution operators.
