Effective action for supersymmetric chiral anomaly

Abstract: It is shown that consistency conditions of the type of the Wess–Zumino conditions are necessary and sufficient conditions for local integrability of the supersymmetric chiral anomaly. It follows from the requirement of global integrability that the coefficient of the anomalous action is discrete. Explicit expressions are obtained for consistent anomalies and the corresponding functionals, which depend on superfields of various types.
