Dynamic stark effect in a three-particle system

Abstract: The asymptotic behaviour of the scattering operator of the three body system in the laser field is found for the case when the intensity of the field tends to zero. Metastable states are assumed to exist in two-body subsystems. The resonant term of the Breit–Wigner type is singled out which is responsible for the break-up of the three-body bound state.
