Estimates of the scattering data in a Schrödinger spectral problem on the line

For the Schrödinger spectral problem on the line when $k\in R$ the lower and upper estimates are obtained for the penetration and reflection coefficients in terms of the integral parameters of the potential and $|k|$. Necessary and sufficient conditions of the smallness of the tunneling effect are considered.
