Abstract:
A method is developed for calculating the complex permittivity tensor of solid solutions in
the region of absorption of light by impurity centers. With allowance for triple correlations
with respect to the electron-phonon interaction, the real and imaginary parts of the tensor
are calculated and studied as functions of the temperature.
