Abstract: A new approach to investigation of the equations for coefficient functions of scattering matrix in infinite volume is developed on the example of self-interacting boson field in two-dimensional space-time. The solution of some approximated equations is obtained in the Hilbert space of translationally invariant functions, directly for the infinite volume.
