Abstract:
Method of deriving functional kinetic equations for probability distribution of macroscopic density of one-particle states of a gas is suggested. The equations are used to prove the $H$-theorem for the evolution of strongly correlated initial states of a gas in the presence of long scale fluctuations in a system.
