Abstract: The problem of finding the Jost matrix by solving a Riemann boundary-value problem in the presence of mixing of partial waves in the $S$-matrix is investigated. An algorithm for solving the problem is given for the case when the cotangent of the mixing angle is represented in the form of a rational function.
