Invariant regularization for supersymmetric gauge theories

Abstract: For supersymmetric gauge theories, an invariant procedure of intermediate regularization is constructed. It is a supersymmetric generalization of the method of higher covariant derivatives augmented by a special invariant procedure for regularizing single-loop superdiagrams.
