Abstract:
The Schrödinger equation for a parametrically excited anharmonie oscillator is reduced to an equation with a stationary three-diagonal Hamiltonian matrix. The quasienergy solutions are sought, this leading to a three-term recursion relation which is solved approximately by means of the discrete analog of the WKB method.
