Abstract:
For the Heisenberg ferromagnet, a modified random phase approximation is proposed
that takes into account the kinematic properties of the spin operators. Correlation
functions of the transverse and longitudinal components of the spin are obtained which are valid at temperatures both above and below the Curie point.
