Diagnonalization of ladder equations for imaginary part of the scattering amplitude

Abstract:
It is shown that the Nussinov–Rosner method for diagonalization of ladder equations
for the absorptive part of forward scattering amplitude is an approximate method for
the high energy region and is inapplicable for obtaining the exact solutions. Method of
diagonalization of ladder equations is proposed, which is based on the reduction of the:
equations to partial differential equation.
