Abstract:
A system of noninteracting particles in a random field is considered. This example is used to elucidate the structure of the secular terms that occur in the perturbation series for the distribution function and the correlation functions, and it is shown that at large times the correlation functions depend on the time only through the dependence on the time of the distribution function (kinetic stage of evolution).
