Abstract:
The charged states and structures of one-acceptor local complexes (OLC) are studied as functions of external potentials for the donor-acceptor systems with low compensations KK. The criterium of a two-acceptor local complex (TLC) is formulated. It is used to formulate the stochastic equations for selfconsistent fluctuating potentials (FP) in the OLC-ensemble and to derivean expression for the Fermi-level μ(K)μ(K) of impurity electrons via one-site distribution of FP. It is shown in the approximation of the “smeared sites” that an asymptotic behavior μ(K)μ(K) for small KK is built by the avarage size of TLC and by the selfconsistent screening
effects in the OLC-ensemble.
