Principle of energy local minimum for donor-acceptor systems with low compensation

Abstract:
The charged states and structures of one-acceptor local complexes (OLC) are studied as functions of external potentials for the donor-acceptor systems with low compensations $K$. The criterium of a two-acceptor local complex (TLC) is formulated. It is used to formulate the stochastic equations for selfconsistent fluctuating potentials (FP) in the OLC-ensemble and to derivean expression for the Fermi-level $\mu(K)$ of impurity electrons via one-site distribution of FP. It is shown in the approximation of the “smeared sites” that an asymptotic behavior $\mu(K)$ for small $K$ is built by the avarage size of TLC and by the selfconsistent screening
effects in the OLC-ensemble.
