Abstract: The generalizations of Hopf's theorem on homotopic classification and Hopf's theorem on the continuation without zeros for the relative rotation of finite-dimensional and completely continuous vector fields are proved. The notion of the relative rotation of vector fields with compactly restricted operators is introduced. Hopf's classification theorem for such vector fields is also proved.
