Abstract: Integral representations interpolation matrix polynomials and their residual members in a class of analytical functions when as nodes interpolation undertake Jordan cells and three-diagonal matrixes of a special kind are received. Sufficient conditions of convergence of interpolation on set of stochastic matrixes are given. Formulas of interpolation low orders when nodes are stochastic matrixes are resulted.
