Abstract: In present work considered a problem of finding multiple eigenvalues and corresponding eigenvectors of linear operator functions by pseudoperturbation method, in which process calculations eigenvalues became to finding roots with the same multiplicity of nonlinear equation. For this they apply Stephensen's method. In work for the simplification of calculations, specially constructed operator, for which initial eigenvalue is simple. We also suggest simpler variant for finding corresponding eigenvectors.
