On solvability of degenerate loaded systems of equations

Loaded linear systems of differential equations not solvable with respect to the time derivative are studied in the paper. The cases of partial and ordinary differential equations systems are considered. Sufficient conditions for the unique solvability of initial boundary value problems (or initial problems) are obtained for the systems of equations.
