Abstract:
Complex tasks of management and decision-making in social and technical systems require the involvement of the collective intelligence such as expert roundtables, hybrid intellectual multiagent systems as models of discussion in teams, or virtual heterogeneous teams consisting of real and “artificial” experts (avatars). Solving complex problems with collective intelligence is a multistage process of negotiations and exchange of solutions. To organize it effectively, a tool is needed reflecting the state of the collective process of solving complex problems. The article considers existing methods and models for estimating the synergy effect and suggests a method for its evaluation in hybrid intelligent multiagent systems.
