The prerequisites of the information and computer sciences convergence

Abstract:
The analytical survey describes the issue of the computer and information sciences data domains relation and regards the prerequisites of their convergence in the historical environment of the sciences formation. The establishment of the Information science occurred simultaneously with the process of the Computer science development (including the foundations and technology elaboration of the first mentioned). The issue of the relation of the Information and Computer sciences data domains is deeply rooted. A number of papers are devoted to the issue mentioned above. In the present survey the origins and terms of the sciences are considered foremost.
