Abstract:
The approach to the modeling of collective decision-making using computer decision support systems within the synergetic paradigm of artificial intelligence is considered. History of artificial intelligence has shown that the methods, constructed within the paradigm of computer modeling of the processes and phenomena in a single man's memory, are not relevant to the complexity of the real world problems. Such problems have substantial heterogeneity, which requires heterogeneous methods for their solution, like decision support system widely used to solve them. In this regard, the models of the hybrid intelligent systems taking into account coordination and consistency are proposed as simulators of the real decision support systems. The results of computational experiments with the hybrid intelligent systems implementing the coordination and coherence effects are presented, demonstrating positive impact of the effects on the quality of collective decision-making.
