Multi-channel queuing systems with independent refusals and restorations of servers

Abstract:
Multi-channel queuing systems with a semi-Markovian input flow of customers, a phase type distribution of the servicing, an infinite capacity and unreliable servers refusing mutually independently are considered. Analytic relations allowing calculation of the steady-state distributions of main service characteristics are found on the basis of the created general model for different variants of such systems functioning.
