Abstract:
To create “Science of Information”, we must use single, unified, unique definition of “information” concept. About 10 billion years ago, there was no life in the Universe. Information existed only in the formof physical heterogeneities (elementary particles, atoms, molecules, etc.) which possess information properties of the primary (first) order — in particular, they contain certain volume of information. Its existence did not depend on an observer existence. An observer appeared several billion years ago and gave new properties (of the second order) to information.
Keywords:
informatics; science of information; physical informatics.
