Distributed information systems on the base of networks with low channel capacity

The problem of building a semantic encoding for distributed network-based channels with low bandwidth is discussed. On the example of the trade network, it is shown that the compression of semantic information in the specified time intervals makes it possible to reduce the requirements to the channels on the order.
