Using WPF in tools implementation for digital collections creating and publishing

The article describes a Microsoft Windows Presentation Foundation based on information technology for creating, publishing and distributing digital materials on scientific, historical and legal topics, as well as training manuals prepared by creative teams of RAS (The Russian Academy of Sciences). The ultimate goal of the materials processing is creation of electronic collections published at the portal of RAS (www.ras.ru) and in CDs/DVDs.
