Eficiency assessment of scientific programs and projects

Abstract: The article deals with the ways of supply of scientific research efficiency stipulated by the budget process transformation in the Russian Federation. The transformation’s main objective lies in enhancement of outcomes of the approved programs and projects. Some measures are proposed aimed at development of new systems of qualitative and quantitative indicator assessment of scientific projects facilitating a high-performance set of arrangements for projects selection and management.
