Principles of systematization and standardization of information resources' structures descriptions in scientific sphere

The article provides brief overview and analysis of the structures of scientific documents prepared in the process of R&D activities. The authors describe existing approach for systematization and standardization of descriptions of information structures and the data in electronic scientific documents. New principles for accomplishing the given task are suggested. The results of experiments on implementing standardized information and data structures while designing the monitoring system of the Russian Academy of Sciences are discussed. The conclusions made by the authors were used as the basis for creating the prototype of a system for monitoring and evaluating innovative potential of R&D activities.
