The next generation enterprise and internet

The paper presents the results of research of cross impact of the two processes — modern enterprise development and evolution of Internet. The main trends of change-over to Web 2.0 opening new possibilities for enterprises collaboration in realization of mutual business processes are resumed. Introduction of web-services and transition to Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) are analyzed. Languages and standards supporting SOA are also described. The paper shows enterprise's IT infrastructure development transforming ordinary enterprise to virtual organization (VO). Essential VO characteristics are given too.
