Abstract:
We study the inverse Sturm-Liouville problem with a delay
$$
-y''(x)+q(x)y(x),\qquad q\in L_2[0,\pi],\quad\alpha\in(0,1],
$$
and the boundary conditions $y(0)=y(\pi)=0$.
