A variational principle for linear evolution problems nonlocal in time
V. V. Shelukhin
Abstract:
For a differential operator equation, the problems nonlocal in time are considered: the data average in time are prescribed instead of the initial data. Solving the problem is reduced to the problem of minimizing the quadratic functionals. As an example, the linearized Navier–Stokes system is considered.
