A necessary condition for regularity of a boundary point for a quasilinear parabolic equation

Abstract:
A necessary condition for regularity of a point on the lateral cylindrical surface is established for a divergent quasilinear second-order parabolic equation. Together with the sufficient condition of Ziemer, the result obtained here reduces to the Tikhonov criterion for the heat equation.
