Abstract:
We make a comparative analysis of the discrete source method and the finite difference method in simulating electromagnetic fields in the subnanosecond range. We show a good agreement between the results of modeling. We indicate directions for developing the finite difference method in the case of more complicated models.
Keywords:
Maxwell's equations, discrete sources method, finite differences method.
