Abstract: The few data available in the scientific and technical literature on a new method for membrane separation – micellarly enhanced or reagent ultrafiltration (RUF) – are presented. Three versions of reagent ultrafiltration are considered in which sols are separated on a membrane. Data are presented concerning the influence of the characteristics of the disperse phase on the ultrafiltration process. The bibliography includes 17 references.
