Abstract:
Preparative methods, reactivity and biological action of $\mathrm{N}$-substituted aminoamides of the monoacylated diamine type $\mathrm{RCONH}-\overset{|}{\underset{|}{\mathrm{C}}}-(\mathrm{CH}_2)_n\mathrm{N}\!\!<$ are considered and systematised. An interconnection has been shown between structure, reactivity and the pharmacological activity of aminoamides. The bibliography contains 201 references.
