Abstract: Data on the interaction of carbon nanomaterials (fullerenes, carbon nanotubes, graphite nanofibres and their metal-doped modifications) with hydrogen are surveyed. New results on the preparation and properties of hydrofullerenes are presented. The prospects for the use of carbon nanomaterials as reversible hydrogen sorbents are discussed. The bibliography includes 183 references.
