Abstract:
The methods of laser ablation of chemical compounds in a liquid medium and in vacuum used for the production of highly dispersed materials and films, respectively, are considered. Characteristic features and advantages of these methods are noted and the scope of their applicability for the design of novel materials are discussed. Examples of application of these methods in scientific research are given. Bibliography — 177 references.
