Abstract: The main processes and phenomena (grain growth, phase transformations, relaxation, diffusion, and so on) in nanomaterials subjected to heat treatment are considered. Experimental data and theoretical views on the thermal stability of nanomaterials are analysed and generalised. Attention is drawn to unsolved problems. The bibliography includes 152 references.
