Abstract:
The results from the methods for the separation and quantitative determination of nucleotides, nucleosides, and bases have been classified and discussed. Special consideration has been given to those methods used the most in the last decade – thin-layer chromatography and different types of high-performance liquid chromatography such as ion-exchange, reversed-phase and ion-pair methods, as well as spectrophotometric and titrimetric methods. The bibliography includes 180 references.
