Abstract: The latest advances in the chemistry of saturated cyclic sulphides, mainly with 3–10-membered rings and their derivatives are examined. The results of studies concerning the introduction of functional groups into the sulphides and the conversion of the sulphides into acyclic compounds are surveyed.
The bibliography includes 198 references.
