Abstract: The formation and reactions of radical species in the interaction of olefins with zeolites of different types are examined and the nature of the oxidation–reduction centres, the mechanism of the thermal reactions of radicals, and the possible role of radical structures in catalytic processes on zeolites are discussed.
The bibliography includes 37 references.
