Abstract:
The present state of selective gas-chromatographic detection has been examined. The principles, developmental trends, and characteristic features of selective detectors of 14 types have been described briefly, and examples of their practical application have been given. Particular attention has been paid to the use of these detectors in the analysis of micro-quantities of harmful chemical compounds in environmental materials. The bibliography contains 184 references.
