High-strength and High-modulus Reinforced Plastics
E. S. Zelenskii Institute of Chemical Physics of the USSR Academy of Sciences, Moscow
Abstract:
Studies of the formation, structure, deformation, and fracture of polymeric composite materials reinforced with long fibres are reviewed. The main factors which determine the strength and the elastic modulus of reinforced plastics under short-term static load are discussed. The bibliography contains 110 references.
