Palladium(I) Complexes in Coordination Chemistry and Catalysis

O. N. Temkin, L. G. Bruk

M. V. Lomonosov Moscow Institute of Fine Chemical Technology
Abstract: The state of a rapidly developing branch of the coordination chemistry of platinum metals, namely the chemistry of palladium(I) complexes, is examined. The fundamental properties, chemical reactions, and methods of synthesis of palladium(I) complexes are described. The role of palladium(I) compounds in the mechanisms of catalytic and stoichiometric reactions is discussed.
