Abstract: The application of heteropolyacids (HPA) as catalysts of oxidation and acid-type reactions as well as certain physicochemical properties of the HPA important for the understanding of the mechanism of their catalytic action are examined. The mechanisms of catalytic reactions in the presence of HPA are discussed.
The bibliography includes 182 references.
