Abstract: The review is devoted to the advances in the last ten years in the development of the ozonolysis of olefins as a synthetic method, in the study of the structures of peroxy-products of the azonolysis, and in the study of the stereochemistry of ozonides, which have in many respects determined the progress in our ideas concerning the mechanism of the ozonolysis of olefins.
The bibliography includes 351 references.
