The Introduction of Tritium into Biologically Active Compounds with the Aid of Exchange Methods
L. A. Neiman M. M. Shemyakin Institute of Bioorganic Chemistry of the USSR Academy of Sciences, Moscow
Abstract:
Different versions of the homogeneous and heterogeneous catalytic isotope exchange as well as catalytic substitution of a halogen by tritium are examined from the standpoint of their use for the introduction of a tritium label into compounds of biological interest (aminoacids, peptides, proteins, nucleotides, carbohydrates, steroids, medicinal agents, etc.). The bibliography includes 214 references.
