The Mechanisms of the Rearrangements of Peroxides

V. A. Yablokov

Gorky Civil Engineering Institute
Abstract: The results of studies on the mechanisms of the rearrangements of organic and organoelemental peroxides are surveyed and the similarity of the mechanisms regardless of the structure of the peroxides is emphasised. The rearrangements of peroxides are regarded as intramolecular processes involving a concerted redistribution of bonds in a polar or radical-ion activated complex.
