Abstract: Cathodic coupling reactions, occurring in the electrolysis of mixtures of two activated olefins and of a carbonyl compound with olefins and alkyl halides, as well as reactions occurring in the electrolysis of onium salts in the presence of olefins and chemical reactions catalysed by electrochemically generated anions are examined.
