Excess Electrons in Non-polar Molecular Liquids

B. S. Yakovlev

Chernogolovka Institute of Chemical Physics of the USSR Academy of Sciences
Abstract: The results of recent experimental and theoretical studies of the properties of an excess electron in non-polar liquids have been summarised. Various models of electron transfer, and the role of localised and quasi-free states of the excess electron in chemical reactions have been discussed. The bibliography contains 142 references.
